Wow, What a Monday for me.
Today is my day off from work, but it seemed like my day was still filled with a LOT of things to do.
So what did I do today?
My day started at 6:30AM. I woke up my boys to get them ready for school and then dropped them off to school. I did my morning walk actually jog and run because I took our dog Spencer with me. And for a little dog, he can run. So I kept up with him and payed for it at the end. I was huffing and puffing. ooooh, not even funny.
After my workout, I ended up going to this salon in my area (Shear Artistry Salon) to get my eyebrows threaded and while I was there decided to get a Mini Facial done. I have not gotten a facial in years and felt it was due time.
When the lady got to the extracting part, that hurt like no other. After that, I ended up going back home. I washed some of our laundry and while that was being done, I decided to clean up the computer room. I mean really clean up.
Since we upgraded Christopher's computer, I had to re-install Windows XP so I had that going while I was cleaning.
I have been putting off doing my 80s FOTD for the challenge and thought why not do it today. As I was about to sit down to start on my face, I get a phone call from my girlfriend. She needed to talk to someone about her problems with her man and so I spent a good 2 hours talking it up with her. And since her spring break is coming up, she's going to come over and hang out with me this coming weekend. Woohoo, I'm so excited, I haven't seen her in months. We'll probably go shopping. Yay!
After those two hours talking to her it was already 8:30PM. Since Mr. Man was watching the Lakers/Warriors game, I decided to work on my 80s FOTD. I like the way it came out. I can't wait to post it up.
And now here I am about to head to sleep. That in a nutshell was my Manic Monday.
p.s. I get my Heatherette goodies in the mail tomorrow. I'm so excited!

ahhh. i haven't done my 80's FOTD yet. LOL. i need to hop to it! lol. :) i can't wait to see yours! :D
My Eversun photo was actually my attempt at the 80s but felt it was not 80s enough :/ Lol. Oh, I hope the boys' naps fall around the same time so I can knock it out! What are you using for inspiration? I need some ideas... *scratches head*
man sounds tiring...but i'm glad you had time to get some stuff in there for you as well...i've never had a facial before! is it worth it...? i can't wait to see the 80s look!
Oh gosh, I am not down with the extractions. OUCH! You are a brave girl.
