Since I have been hauling so much these last 2 months, I decided to bust out what I have. And here is a picture of my makeup collection minus the face stuff like foundations and powders.

I really need to come up with a new storage solution as pictured below is what I currently use at this moment and this picture was taken awhile back when I didn't have half as much as I do now.
I bet everyone else's makeup collection is probably just as big or heck probably even bigger, right?!
After seeing this, I'm not sure if I'll be hauling anymore anytime soon. HAHA, yeah right! I have so many eyeshadows, I don't know if I'll even use all of that up in my lifetime.
So I went through and looked at what I have. I currently own makeup products from: MAC, L'Oreal, NYX, Revlon, Sephora, Sugar, Ulta, Milani, MUFE, Style-Styli and Maybelline.
As for my brushes I own brushes from: MAC, Essence of Beauty, Sonia Kashuk, NYX, Lilique and E.L.F. I currently own 6 brushes from MAC, but I know for sure I want to expand that part of my collection. But they are so darn expensive and the current brushes I do own do work for me, but we'll see. Am I done? Heck no, as much as I say I don't want to, you know I will. Shoot, this doesn't even include the items I purchased from MAC for the Heatherette collection.
To me, buying makeup is like buying shoes and purses. Do I use them everyday? Nope. Do I have a ton of shoes and purses? Yup. So I'm going to justify my collection by saying it's just like my shoes and purses. I buy them because they are pretty and make me feel good and it is somewhat of a collection.

here, here! well said. :) i'm too lazy to set up my makeup like that and take a picture. LOL! so i don't know if i have about the same amount as you or more. LOL. :P
At least yours is nicely organized. Mine is just stashed where I can find space in my so-called hole of a bathroom, lol.
I'm scared to take a picture of my collection *bites lip* It's only a reaffirmation that I DON'T need any more, lol.
I start to salivate everytime someone posts their collection! I guess it's kind of like a "makeup HIGH." Lol. Great collection! :]

SIGH. Half of me wishes I have just as much makeup as you and the other half says that will mean I'll hafta find the finances to support such an addiction. I haven't even used half of my pigments and I just keep buying more! What's wrong with us?!
