Aside from makeup and technology, World of Warcraft is another one of my addictions. Since I play a lot, I thought to myself, why don't I make a page on my blog dedicated to my main character, Jrose, and my gameplay along with screenshots, tips/tricks and random WoW moments. So here it is, my WoW page on J.Rose Online.

I download all my addons from wow.curse.com
Bagnon - (not pictured) A single customizable display for your inventory and one for your bank
Bartender - Support for all Action Bars and all related bars which are fully customizable.
Cartographer - (not pictured) A modular, lightweight, and efficient framework for manipulation of the world map.
CBH Viewport - (downloaded from wowinterface.com) The black bar at the bottom of my screenshot.
Deadly Boss Mods - (not pictured) Helps with all boss fights with colored raid warnings, health frames and special effects. Must have for the raider in you.
DoTimer - Best for Warlocks - Although I rarely pay attention to it. I might just have to take this out eventually as I use X-Perl to time my DoTs.
DrDamage - Displays the calculated average damage/healing of abilities with talents, gear and buffs included on your action bars.
Mik Scrolling Battle Text - Scrolls incoming damage/heals and outgoing damage/heals. I love this, shows me what DoT or action is doing what type of damage, also shows what and when you crit!
Necrosis - Warlock specific add-on, shows me how many soul shards I have and puts my spells in one spot. Very good for when I have to create a cookie jar (soulwell/healthstones), summoning stone, summon a minion. I don't have to look all over the place for the spells.
Omen - Threat meter, I didn't pay much attention to this but now that I output pretty high dps, I need to make sure to watch that I don't steal aggro from the tank otherwise I'll get one-shotted and die.
Recount - DPS meter. Love seeing myself at the top of the charts in raids.
Squeenix - Square minimap addon with a few extras. Allows you to move your mini map.
Titan Panel - adds a control panel to the top and/or bottom of the screen. Tells you things like how much XP you have to your next level. How much gold you have across all of your toons on your account, your repair bill, etc.
XPerl - Complete replacement for Blizzard's default unit frames, including raid frames and raid tools.

With my copy of WotLK the day it came out. This was taken at around 1AM while it was installing on my computer. Mr. Man and I waited in line the night before to make sure we got our hands on our pre-ordered copies. The first time we ever waited in line for anything. LOL.
I broadcasted me dinging Level 80 on December 8, 2008 on BlogTV.com, downloaded the video and uploaded it to YouTube.
You can't see the chatbox on this video, but I was responding to my viewers.
3/12/09 - At this moment, I feel that I am pretty geared with a lot of 10 man epics. I have 5/5 T7 gear with my shoulders being T7.5. I finally got my T7 helm last night in Naxx off of Kel'Thuzad. Our guild hasn't really been running 25 man content as we don't have enough at the moment. I might have to start puggin' but we'll see. I'm very happy with my DPS output. If I concentrate hard enough and get my DoT rotation going, I can hit 3.5K on 10Man Patchwerk in Naxx. Pretty impressive to me since I started out doing 1.5K DPS when I first started in Naxx. I am specced into deep Affliction at the moment. I did try out Destruction, but I feel more comfortable working Affliction. I have yet to try out Demonology.
Spell Rotation
I also have this feeling that my DoT rotation can use a little work. As of now, here is my spell rotation on bosses.
Curse of Elements (to give my DPS a boost), Shadow Bolt (to start up Shadow Embrace), Haunt (to stack Shadow Embrace to 2), Unstable Affliction, Corruption, Siphon Life
Then I spam Shadow Bolt, getting in about 2-5 bolts depending on Nightfall (making Shadow Bolt instant cast) and wait for Haunt to have about .5 seconds left, then re-cast Haunt and following immediately Unstable Affliction which will refresh corruption. I also refresh Siphon Life when it runs out.
I'll also spam Life Tap when I'm low on mana causing me to lose a few Shadow Bolts and some DPS for sure.
So that is my spell rotation for the time being. If you have any suggestions, please please feel free to share them with me.
Still working on rotations for trash dps, but from what I've been reading everywhere, Warlocks will always be at the bottom of the lists for trash dps.
Thank you for taking the time to read about my other addiction. This page will be updated as the time passes. A shortcut has been added to the right sidebar for easier access to this page.
