Review: Revlon Runway Collection Artificial Nails

I finally got a chance to put these bad boys to use. While watching a little TV, I posted myself on the bed and started to try these out.

I used style Studio (91104).

What it came with: 24 nails in 12 sizes, Bond Enhancer Buffer, Maxi-Bond Glue 0.10oz (3 g), Manicure stick

Up close look at design

Pros:
- pretty designs to choose from
- inexpensive
- available at major retailers like Wal-Mart, CVS, Rite-Aid & many more
- great alternative to salon prices

Cons:
- takes a little practice to get them on right
- may need to file some sizes down to fit nail
- if air bubbles occur they don't last as long

J.Rose's Thoughts: I thought it was fairly simple to apply these. It was pretty much, get your nail ready with the buffer, find the right size nail, file if necessary, glue on natural nail, glue on fake nail then press.

The only problem I had was using too much glue and it spilling over. I was getting stuck when I shouldn't have been, lol. I guess with practice I can get the technique down.

I actually had these on for a few days before moisture got in the nails because of the air bubbles. I ended up pulling them off. But I did everything as I would normally do. Washing dishes, washing my hands, taking a shower.

Other than that, these are simple enough to use when you want a quick way to get pretty nails.

At the moment, having long nails whether real or fake is not something I need right now especially having to take care of a newborn. Ever try cleaning diaper rash ointment from under your nails? LOL.

Would I purchase these in the future? For sure, it's a quick pick me up for those times when you need to feel pretty for a few days. Apply it correctly and it'll last 7-10 days.

All finished!
*see the air bubbles? Also the excess glue that spilled over! I swear the next time I use these, I'll be more careful with the glue =)

thanks girl. just let me know. i'm really just trying to sell all my stuff, cause i don't use it. i'm sooooooo busy with school! i'll even go down to $85, cause i just want my iphone. lol. i'm so impatient. i'm trying to buy it online. i have the money to buy it, but i'd much rather sell my stuff and use that money to get the phone instead of dipping into my bank account =)

OMG, these are so cute and so affordable!!! I wished I had known about these before my boss went on vacation (he's back next week and I'm not supposed to have nail art / fake nails on the job. boo.)

I think I'm going to stock up on these for the next vacation / party. :)
