Currently I own a Samsung Black Jack II in red (of course, my fave color, haha can you tell?)

My BlackJack II has been good to me, even when it was accidentally dropped. Fortunately, it was covered by the equipment insurance that I pay $5 towards every month. I've had it for about a year and a half now and it does what it needs to do.

When I heard the price of the iPhone is $99, I talked to Mr. Man and we debated on whether I should get it or not. He told me to get it. Since payday (for Mr. Man) is today, I went to the AT&T website to go check things out. That's when I realized the $99 price is for the older iPhone and not for the iPhone 3G S.

If I want the 3G S, I have to shell out $200. ARRRHHH! I mean $100 is fine, but to shell out an extra $100, I don't know if I can justify that for a phone especially when I have a phone that works fine for me.

This baby is $200 also and I've been seriously contemplating on getting it. After seeing a YouTube video on the quality, this will be perfect to record those precious moments of my kids and especially of the baby.

I have a regular miniDV camcorder and I'm thinking, who buys tapes now? HAHA everything is stored on the camera itself now or on memory cards. Get with technology, J.Rose!

So now, my question.... iPhone or Flip HD camcorder??? or I can always wait to get one or the other. We'll see.
