So I've been blogging about makeup for about a year and a few months now. I've been buying makeup ever since I was allowed to wear it back in junior high. Although I didn't wear a lot of makeup in high school, I had my staples which was my black eyeliner, mascara and brown lipsticks. After high school and well into my mid twenties I stuck to neutral makeup within the brown eyeshadow family only.
It wasn't until I started reading Nessa's blog did I venture out into different color families. I bought my first MAC eyeshadows just a few months before I started up my blog and thus began my obsession with MAC products. From what you will see in my makeup collection, it is primarily MAC. I've posted up my collection in past entries and looking back to the last couple of pictures, I can't tell if it's grown. LOL.
I mean I've given some makeup away to my mom, mother-in-law and sister-in-law. I've gotten rid of a few items in my blog sale (which by the way is still on going, Up for Grabs). And I definitely have purchased new items since my last compilation of my makeup.
Maybe this time around it looks a little more organized. HAHA, I don't know! But to me, it does look about the same amount. What do you think?

So there you have it... J.Rose's makeup collection. I've actually been good lately. I haven't bought *much* in the last few months. Fortunately, a lot of the MAC collections that have been coming out haven't tickled my fancy!
If you are interested in an up close look at what I have, I will be doing a 4 part post. One each for all Eye products, all Lips products, all Face products and my makeup brushes so stay tuned for that.
How much makeup have you accumulated since you either started blogging or reading beauty blogs? I must say, I do blame beauty blogs and blogging myself for the makeup collection I have now.
But deep down inside, I'm very proud of my collection =) Are you proud of your collection or do you regret spending that much money on it? You tell me!
Or have you not put it all out to see what you have only because you're scared to see what you actually have?!?!

I'm proud of most of my purchases but some of them I don't know why I bought it! LOL, and I've almost never used it and they still look brand new o_O
omg!!!!! thats a HUGE collection u got there! i think it did get biggerrr!. lol love it! and that is so true, ever since i started blogging, im getting MORE into buying makeup these days!! but i really try and stop myself. which is hard to do btw, haha

i have NEVER taken all of my makeup out all at once. i'm afraid. LOL. BUT, i honestly don't think it's as big as yours... but i could be wrong... because again, haven't taken everything out at once. who knows? lol.
i know i have a SHITLOAD of pigments though... that i AM sure of. LOL!
btw... i think it got BIGGER because your first post included brushes while the last one didn't... but it looks about the same... SO i'm guessing it did grow a little. =]
