Hey girl... Just curious once i connect the wires and mounted the vanity bar on the wall, will the wires will show from the outside? Will i have a hard time snapping the pieces together if the cord stick out from the bottom?

Thanks for sharing the details. Considering you're wife, a working mom to 3 boys, I can appreciate/understand how hard it is to fit in regular exercise. You would inspire other busy moms who want to get themselves healthy-- they can find the time to do it too.

@Anonymous Thank you so much for the support. I actually do my daily cardio on the treadmill. I try to go for at least 35-45 mins a day as I'm only allowed an hour at the gym in the morning before I go to work.

I also do light weight training a few days out of the week. I do feel a lot more energetic now. I will actually try to post up my regimen in the next update. Thanks for the idea. I'm sure a lot of people would like to know what I've been doing.

Wow! You look great for starters. You''re taking care of what you're putting in your body.

Mind if I ask if you're incorporating an exercise routine? Any type of cardio {dance, zumba, spinning -- whatever you like} helps. Weights - light weights help sculpt, build and maintain muscle {which aids in burning fat}.

In long run, exercise {along with eating right} will make you stronger, more energetic [endorphins etc], and keep the weight off.

Good for you!! Food-wise, the type of carbs you eat makes a difference. Eat more lean proteins with "good" carbs such as salads, leafy veggies, greens, fruits. Protein is not stored as fat in the body.

Stay away from starchy carbs like the rice, potatoes, noodles, breads, pizza are more likely to be stored as reserves [fat] in the body. It affects your glycemic levels. Starchy carbs will hinder your weight loss progress. Sodas, high fructose drinks. Refined foods, fried foods.

Just my two cents. Good luck with your project. I think you're doing great!
